Find a Peer Supporter 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and restricted access to the network, you may not be able to reach the peer supporter you have selected. If this is the case, we invite you to write to the PSP generic mailbox, it will be our pleasure to help you find an available peer supporter.
Peer Supporters are colleagues with whom you can share your concerns with confidence. Having experienced mental health issues themselves, they listen without judgment, offer emotional support and accompany your healing process, in confidentiality.
To initiate a conversation with a Peer Supporter, the process is simple, all you have to do is identify a Peer Supporter of your choice and reach out to them directly. You can contact any Peer Supporter, regardless of your geographical location.
To find a Peer Supporter that fits your needs:
- Select your preferences in terms of experience, language, location (province or region), etc. then select the "Filter" button.
- Select the name of the Peer Supporter to access the biography.
- Contact the selected Peer Supporter directly by email, phone or skype.
Note: In order to respect the confidential nature of interactions, if you communicate with a peer supporter by email, you should refrain from providing sensitive and/or personal information.
Peer supporters are committed to rigorous conduct guidelines, which comprise expectations regarding confidentiality that are consistent with EDSC's current privacy policies.
To comply with privacy recommendations, peer supporters abstain from taking notes during interactions and will promptly destroy all emails containing sensitive and/or personal information.
